Eco-Friendly Pest Management

Pest control that respects the coast we share.

We're a seaside business. What we spray today ends up in the storm drains and inlets we surf, paddle and fish in. That shapes every product we choose.

What Integrated Pest Management means

IPM is a tiered approach: identify, exclude, monitor, and only then treat — with the lowest-impact product that will work. It's slower than spraying everything, but it lasts longer and keeps chemicals out of Burrard Inlet, False Creek and the Salish Sea.

Products we prefer

  • Botanical formulations based on rosemary, thyme and clove oils
  • Diatomaceous earth and silica-based dusts for cracks and crevices
  • Pheromone monitors and mechanical traps for crawling pests
  • Heat treatments for bed bugs and stored-product pests

Our coastal commitment

Every treatment plan starts with a question: what's the least chemistry we can use and still solve this? When stronger products are necessary, we apply them in targeted spots — never broadcast — and document every application.
